Doesn't mean she is staying an investor in CANN. Once she is no longer an insider she can make all CANN dispositions without a requirement to disclose.

I guess the 25% of Voyage Heritage does not own is what the statement in the press release refers to.

"remain as a director and shareholder of Heritage's subsidiary, Voyage Cannabis Corp., until a suitable alternative can be arranged."
