Seems Senger currently owns 25% of Voyage through Estek.

Senger got a handsome payout for the last 25% she sold ....... got her 7,000,000 CANN shares plus some cash plus another 4,000,000 CANN shares upon production license issuance.

Now she resigns only a couple weeks away from Q4/19 financial disclosure and Heritage informs the market she will remain an investor in Voyage. Well yeah ....... it's a 25% ace in her hands that she can offer up to Heritage down the road some.

What an ugly turn of events so close to financials.
