RE:RE:Seems Senger currently owns 25% of Voyage through Estek.Endeavour ........ TGIF had a director resign a few weeks ago ......... here's a part of their release ... "Mr. Brayden Sutton stepped down from the Board of Directors in order to focus on his family. "
The illness narrative is something CEO.ca peeps jumped on when nowhere in Heritages press release does it suggest anything of the sort.
The resignation by Senger is simply a negative turn of events. The fact a replacement was not already co-ordinated indicates this was a somewhat abrupt decision ......... or ....... barring that ....... it indicates they could not find a suitable replacement in the timeline Senger offered for her resignation to be announced.
Either way ........ the after hours announcement is immensely negative.

The company has also moved on to be an extractor, this is actually probably the ideal time for her to step aside and focus on other things in her life and let some new blood offer their expertise. At this point in the company's development, likely need someone with a slightly different skillset, so I see this as a net positive development. All the very best to Debra in her future endeavours.
