AIDEA funds are subject to a feasibility study demonstrating some level of economic viability, Ucore have had ~six years to prepare that to qualify for funds but not even attempted it, why is that?
Simple answer is Ucore has nothing remotely viable that would have any chance of qualify, revisit the PEA, and AIDEA is simply not going to throw funding at a charade.
