A quick review of the document by a second set of eyes resolves that problem but unfortunately people seem to be losing the art of spell check. I don't think that qualifies as a circus alone but if you continue to bring up good points it would be hard to ignore. IE: Continually missing guidance and releasing cryptic news release for instance.
