(hence the long wait) I said based on it, so it will be used as a reference point and the kind of demand or price rise expected in the near term. Now would the time for an interested party to close a transaction at a discounted price to NPV. If those parties wait till 2nd half or early next year, they might have to pay a lot more and close to the NPV value. Good luck with your investment
