Reading between the lines..

Reading between the lines..They are looking not just for financing, but for "technical epxertise....marketing.."
Unlikely something like VW. Probably present large scale miner (Not LAC).
My guesses: SQM - they have connections and SQM is looking to diversify from Chili, where investment climate got so much worse.
Albermarle - that is looking for brine to diversify from rock
but my first choice will be Livent - because they are in similar category (Argentina + brine) and per Financial Times they looking for aquisition in Argentina (and Australia)
Possible NLC has two of them and getting counter-proposal ready to find higher bidder.
Freakig awsome in that case!
