RE:RE:RE:What the investor like :GROWTHExactly!!   I have always  thought for over a year that  my $24 price target was a realistic and conservative target   I have ventured 28 if all went extremely well but in my judgement that requires a dividend increase - which I think is possible before the end of 2020.

I wanted to discount the price somewhat due to negative market overhang  which is gradually dissipating.
