RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Hypothetically speakingI HAVE PERSONALLY IN MY ALMOST 20 YEARS OF TRADING SEEN A BID AKA TAKEOVER AT A SHARE PRICE BELOW "CURRENT" VALUATION!
I have seen stock price almost immediately jump much higher than the bid price on assumptions of a hostile takeover, multiple bids, or negotiated higher bid which if none of the above pan out the stock price tends to drift back down within a % or two of the bid (higher or lower) BUT again I have never seen a scenerio where a bid was announced with a price offer LOWER than current stock price.
Bids are typically always especially with small growth stocks 30-100% ABOVE current market valuation otherwise be ZERO incentive for the shareholders to approve.
A company would have to pay a premium for the "forward earning/revenue" aka potential of the company which with Score I would think we or should say Levy would have to get a minimum of 2-3X current market share to even consider it!
