Tech's new development worth $20.6 billion

Tech's new development worth $20.6 billionTech's estimated $20.6 billion to construct, to produce 260,000 barrels of oil per day.
That means using same figures for ATH. It would be over $3. billion for 40,000 bpd or $6 per share.
At $0.40 cents a share value for 40,000 bpd, Tech could build this 260,000 barrel a day production for a few billion.
The valuation of ATH is going to raise considerably. Anybody that doesn't invest in these companies is missing the opportunity of a lifetime.
