So What about CLY Shareholders?

Perhaps a very naive question but what is the status of CLY shareholders since the acquisition by ILA? The way I read the press release from last year, ILA acquired all of the issued shares of CLY in the transaction. So as a CLY shareholder, where does that leave me? Am I now a shareholder in ILA?

I guess I am new to this game but it would appear to me since the cease trade on CLY, the company just walked away from all of us and moved on. Am I missing something?
