RE:DOES LEGAL ACTION AGAINST DDB HALT HALT THE HOSTPAPA DEAL??No guarantee.  But if Hostpapa feels the risk of losing the trial, they may stop the deal. Legal actions againt a public company is very popular in America.  Lots of law firms will act on shareholders right away once they smell the blood.
