RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:I am guessing that you are also smoking TEFY weed...
I think some people are misreading Oct 9th news (intentionally - perhaps). The final signature was the signature of Radian with DI. It triggerd the agreement with PYR - an existing and complete agreement - that amounts to DI owing us the amounts of money they are being paid - roughly- that DI is being paid by radian. Further news indicated PYR expected to be paid by DI within weeks of them receiving money. The only ways DI isn't paying us immediately on receiving money 1) Alex Pascali takes the money and runs (stupid since there is much more money to be paid) 2) all the stuff about final signatures and DIs obligation to pay PYR are about some other Middle East deal that involves DI providing furnaces to some other company that isn't Radian who needs them to process dross for a company that isn't Ma'aden (possible but seems incredulous) 3) Radian's bank doesn't think work done so far meets the requirement of the L/C (possible but they need furnaces to process dross for Ma'aden so starting a legal battle that would stop transfers of any future furnaces to them would be terrible for their deal with Ma'aden at this point). PYR was dealing directly with Radian and Ma'aden (the news is there if you go back far enough) unless you think it was some other 20 million dollar deal with identical parties), trade got iffy with SA and boom DI, an American company, is created. It takes way more of a leap of faith to think things aren't going well then that they are.
