Just a quick follow up

If you have doubts about the agreement triggered between PYR and DI (the nature of which was not definitively stated as a contract), ask Peter about it. I'm pretty happy with the definition as supported by all the other news releases but he may be willing to discuss it to clarify the exact nature of it (verbal, written, signed contract, etc.)
