RE:Here is a breakdown from the AGM Thank you Magus22 for this update!
It sounds quite positive to me. Most of the company's future marketing efforts around QRNG can now be directed toward the business customers, clients and partners of the large players that QNC wants to sell to. Once the perception gets out that QRNG > TRNG, no doubt the market demand will gradually shift in our favour. It sound as if the technical project is nearly complete, and what remains is purely an exercise in marketing. It should be entirely achievable with the right approach.

they showed us prototype of the the board with he chip, on it, they are currently producing a cmos version of the chip that will be ready in a few months, the chip will cost around 400k instead of 5 million becauase if their university connections. theyre will be an update on the website in the next day or two. with slide shows about the chip and from the presentation.
the pp will be coming in the next couple of months MANGEMENT WILL BE PARTICIPATING as they sais they would at the last agm. jcp stated agian they couldnt buy in before that because they had ongoing negotiation with a military type contract which fell through in the end and they are now able to buy.
the major negative I see is JCP say current TRNG encryption that is currently in use is still adequate for todays need and no one is rushing to switch to QRNG , govenment have also not forced an update in security yet, they say it will be on the next roll out which is still years away. However JCP seemd very confident about not if the tech works and will be adopted but when.
they will be going on a roadshow in march to promote the tech. nad 4 other conferences this year which were listed in the presentaton (should be on the website shortly)
for the pp they want to raise about 1 million $ (400k for cmos chip) and again mangment will be buying.
they said the cmos version of the chip will halp them go after niche markets but their primary goal is still to licence to one of the 10 big players.
also they said betrand will now be more avaialable and active in the company going forward
Overall they presenteed very well and gave what appears to be honest conservative answers to all questions. the negative here is the wait, someone could kock on their door tomorrow for the tech or it could be years before everyone starts licencing this.
theres alot more info im probably forgetting to include.
if anyone has any other specific questions PM me ill get back to you thanks
