The dividend for SYZ is tempting...
And they seem to have a solid cash position.

But didn't the CEO get $12 million from the company in 2019?
I would throw a few hundred grand back at my company's stock if I got $12 million from it.

Also I could not find on SYZ's website any mention of the management team and directors.
Had to use Google to find out. This is strange because I have never encouter this for any other company.
