not everyone can buy on dips

not everyone can buy on dips if you find 5k on the ground walking to work your not going to say HEY ill come back during lunch and see if there is 10k maybe 20 k there.  inteligcent people take what is on the table ..Hense the 5k. And of recent the pandamic has been taimed
