2 weeks out from our debenture debt expiry, we decide to hire someone to look at possibilities.
Markham is being run remotely which just happens to be announced the same day as Deepdive report it's locked up - give us a break, do you think we're all stupid? You can't remotely run flatbed, if you had orbitals in there you'd have announced it with full fanfare. Even the locals reported there is no longer a cannabis smell in the air. It's shut down! We continue to pay rent on the facility. Some pictures to back up this absurd claim?
Defend outstanding claims including Bonify & Infrastructure -what ever infrastrucure means - suppose it means the electrical debt. Are Bonify sueing us too?? That makes 3 we know of.
Good to see all the licenses are intact - whoever picks up the assets will appreciate that. Though if you are remotely running the place, Health Canada would whip our license away in a flash! Licensing is all about security.
As I've said all along, this is all a play to get out of the debt, the legal actions. Sell the assets to an associated party at firesale prices. Anyone that can't see that has their head in the sand. This whole charade is becoming pathetic.
Wow you're really trying hard Botanist. Read the actual newsrelease in it's entirety and not just the parts that help your cause. It specifically says "Today the company is harvesting out of Edmonton". They're not hiding that. But why would you include that in your post if it doesn't help your case right?
As for the defending of outstanding claims for Bonify, don't you think they might be talking about the 1st lawsuit where George was being sued for slander by one of the executives who got fired for "allegedly" committing a crime. It was connected to Bonify and consulting and its an outstanding claim.
Just out of curiousity sake, if you see no value in owning shares and think this company and it's assets are going to be sold at firesale prices then why are you here? Are you here as a self righteous mentor to newbie investors trying your darndest to lead them to the light out of the kindness of your heart with nothing in it for you? You opened this account the day they released the Digigro announcement and have been nonstop since. I'm just curious about your agenda is all. Right now the market cap is around 6 million dollars so do you think these firesale asset sales that you're going on about will cover the debentures and leave enough for the lowly current shareholders who have their "heads in the sand"? If not then once again what is your purpose here?
