RE:THIS JUST ISN'T RIGHTI don't think there were "other ways to raise capital".  Nobody has been interested in an equity raise (which would amount to the same thing).  They already had to much debt and now have less.  A transaction with the likes of a Knight Therapeutics would have them lending money against IP which Knight would be happy to take if you defaulted on their loan.  I've always assumed 100% dilution on the way to achieving good penetration of NATESTO in the US market.  I'm sure the shares will be consolidated and I hope they are smart enough to do that in conjunction with some positive news.  With Ian holding about 85% of the shares, the float will be nice and tight.  Now Ed has the balance sheet to execute on the plan for the US market for NATESTO.  

Probably a very good idea to buy some shares on basically the same terms as Ian has at these levels.
