Our assumptions for attained Cu & Co prices for 2020 will have to be modertated. Covid-19 has hit everything.
Further, KAT needs to get it's C1 Total Op cost well under $1.50 if not, I'll not be interested or impressed.
If they don't get to my number, the Company will never make any real money, just Glencore, Marketing and Selling our Metals... and over which, they now control life-of-mine offtake. Oh, and the Royalty guys; they make money.
It's not a great ride we're on, but my personal options are to cut and run (and lose six hundred grand) or stick with it for the next couple of years and double down quietly.
As the Mine Optimization bears fruit and with EV not ever going to shrivel up and go away, the obvious choice is the latter.
