RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:BMO raising utility target prices; ALA from $23 to $25Hey Sadie:  Anything you know that makes you think it was not good ol MeToo behavior which a joint confidential agreement would provide motivation for all parties to remain muter about.  That at least is how I read it. But pure speculation on my part.
