 		@Rulingmining On another note the press release said $1.25, so one has to assume it is a cash deal, but Hostpopa is a private company isn’t it? Would they perhaps be buying the public listing? I wonder if they could not consolidate the companies and do a Reverse Takeover and have Hostpopa be the public combined company going forward. If so they should have and would have had to express that in the annoucement. So it seems like cash for shares, but then they have the shell after. Something about that is weird. Is hostpopa private?

 				@Weedroadie Got confirmation reply that IIROC is investigating the insider trading and the bullshyte deal. Hope these fuxxxrs get done good.. I already lost my money and dont give a fk about it..
