He may a decent and competent man I don't know. But charisma? Please like watching paint dry in my opinion and I like him and have spoken with him. This is beyond that. I want return on my investment and I also want communication that he has budgeted for. I simply think he could do better in terms of communication. We all probably could but I have a lot of money in this and I am starting to get impatient with results. Gladly apologize if financials better and communication plan becomes coherent. Unfortunately this is not the case and price reflects it. I expect better.
