I'm sorry asdomke, but I was questioning your statement of.....

How does a the choosing of a SX Solution save money on a two year economic study, such as a FS? 

No matter what the refinery or mineral process is, the Feasibility Study still has to go through all it's necessary elements and parameters to determine if the project is economic or not. :)
