dilution was never the problem .the financing was done with an emission of shares worth 400 M with 800 M were obtained by other means ,a disaster really .
yes they could have financed at 2 $ a share but the company was not ready at thet time .
the rest was financed at bad conditions because when you are small you are forced to pay higher interest rates .they call the loan risky so they make it riskier and almost impossible to comply with by charging more .the credit card philosophy .
with a strong partner all this wouldn t have happened .IQ or hydroquebec should have shouldered the project in more than one way .they are the ones who would and benefit the most .they are absent .
nemaska is operating in a void with no government backing to speak of .
compare that to alberta who is subsidized against all odds .that industry is in more peril than ours by the way and will face more financial doom and gloom than us .we are the future they are like calgary the past .
no rush .take your time to get it right .nmx has to act with his allies .(?)
all lithium in quebec and in canada should be considered as one and the same ressource and targeted as such . nal could be regrouped with nmx without much fuss .
.expansion is growth .growth is success .success is bye bye calgary ,
you need government intervention but which one is it ? federal , provincial ? both i would assume .
the governments are waking up to the idea that lithium is the future and the key to financial success . the cornerstone .not sexy but the bread and the potatoes
just kidding
