Just because they are not producing doesn't mean they are not incurring overhead costs.  You think all those executives are working for free and not taking home that lavish pay?  There's many overhead costs that you have to pay regardless whcih is worse if you aren't making revenue.  We'll see at their next earnings report how bad the burn is.
