Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Taken Private -- Confiscated....

Taken Private -- Confiscated....If I had any doubts before that Irwin is grooming Aphria to be taken private at the lowest possible price, I have none today, not even traces. Today’s developments (share price wise) loudly supports this belief for me. It wouldn’t even surprise me that they will create the conditions whereby they will devalue Aphria’s share price to near bankruptcy so that to have an excuse to turn it private for the chosen ones – themselves included via their large amounts of shares. Now, the question is, how does one go about arresting/exposing this scheme (assuming it is in the works). Imagine; even the ones in the cannabis sector that are near bankruptcy and/or totally strapped of finance have scored much better today than Aphria. I would like to know who that crapola of an entity (the ringleader) is behind all this corrosion, vast financial loss to thousuands and nausiating muck.
People at the Accord group, what do you think? Does my hypothesis holds legitimacy? May I, why the silent treatment?
