Up for Sale?

With so many disgruntled shareholders PG becomes an easy takeover target. Seems like someone planned it this way to make some quick money VS a drawn out takeover battle. I don't think PG will sell for less than $3 per share, but I was someone who thought PG was worth $5 a share.
