s
ub 500 m mkt cap in the space with bottom quartile return ceo should get no more than 350k and zero bonus.  Pro rate that over the entire team.

From Premier's management information circular last year:

Ewan Downie - President and CEO - $1, 750, 306 (a far cry from $350,000)
Steven Filipovic - CFO (glorified accountant) - $ 965, 238  (almost $1 million for an accountant??  How hard of a job is this?)
John Begeman - Executive Chairman (not sure why they need him when they already have a CEO??) - $ 1, 135, 162
Stephen McGibbon- Executive Vice President - Coporate and Project Development - $ 804, 355 (a lot of money considering not much has been developed in the past couple of years)
Brent Kristof - Senior Vice President - Operations - $ 940, 864

and since September..... they have actually added another executive.... Mr. Peter van Alphen as "Chief Operating Officer"!  At what cost?  I am sure at least another $1 million or so...... wasn't there already enough executive on board here????!

Disgusting.
