RE:RE:RE:RE:Another dose of reality..Ha, it's nice having an adult in the room again. I can't agree more with your accessments. I too thought the grades would be in the 10 to 12 range, based on really, nothing. 16 g/t just seemed unbelievable, but I was hopeful. The high grade pockets, make it so hard to predict the overall grade. I know all the technical staff as well as the management. None of them are trying to deceive anybody or send out overly optimistic results. The sampling is tricky, the communion is tricky, the subsampling is tricky, and the assaying is tricky. Then, ... the data technicians must make their best assessment of the results. The splays, horizontal or vertical make life overly miserable for mass assessments. The drills could slice through a plane, miss the plane or go along a plane. The timing of Warwick and Joe's departures could not have been worse. I don't know the people they hired a few months ago, but I hope they work out well.
