The Nemaska Lithium Association of Small Investors on FBWe are  launching a media pressure campaign on social networks and in Quebec media for the establishment of a collaborative development and investment project among: Hydro-Qubec, Innrgex and Nemaska Lithium Inc. It wound imply a world-class alliance. The three companies would target strategic investments that benefit the three parties around the world. This Strategic Alliance would target the energy storage industry.
a) The state-owned Hydro-Qubec has already invested $ 661 million in the Innergex Enterprise. For Hydro-Qubec, this is the first investment in its new international growth strategy. This $ 661 million private placement results in the acquisition of 34.63 million Innergex shares.
b) The Innergex Company is a Quebec company that has projects all over the world, especially in solar and wind energy production and storage. It is present in particular in the United States, Chile and France.
c) Nemaska Lithium Inc. is a developing company which reported the following mineral resource estimates within the Whabouchi open pit mine:
  • 17,734 Mt, with an average grade of 1.6% Li2O in the Measured category;
  • 20,532 Mt, with an average grade of 1.3% Li2O in the Indicated category;
  • 11,745 Mt, with an average grade of 1.27% Li2O in the Inferred category.
d) Nemaska Lithium Inc. also reported the following underground mineral resource estimates:
  • 274,000 t of measured resources at an average grade of 1.13% Li2O;
  • 5,423 t of indicated resources with an average grade of 1.32% Li2O.
e) The Phase 1 Plant uses Nemaska Lithium’s proprietary lithium hydroxide process and serves as a multi-purpose tool for the Corporation that delivers a number of benefits including:
  • Demonstrates the ability to repeatedly produce lithium hydroxide according to quality specifications as defined by customers including battery customers.
  • Produces lithium hydroxide samples for customer qualification in advance of starting operation of the commercial plant.
  • Develops skills and staff training that will allow for quick start of the commercial plant.
  • Enables process improvements that has been integrated into the construction of the commercial plant.
  • Processes lithium sulfate solution that is produced by others demonstrating multiple sources of raw material can be used to produce battery grade lithium hydroxide
f) Nemaska Lithium Inc. should forge advantageous links with Hydro-Qubec and Innergex to allow the financing of the production of Lithium battery-grade concentrates and value added transformation of the concentrate to the lithium hydroxide used in the storage of hydroelectric, solar, and wind turbines energy
g) These three companies would become more viable in the long term in the production of lithium cells and batteries for the booming electric automobile industry.
11. The RANL (pronounced Rannel) dated February 15, 2020 takes cognizance of the following results:
a) Number of participants in the Nemaska Lithium investors group: 1,300
b) Number of individual shareholders registered in our database: 600
c) Number of NMX shares held by our shareholders: 25 million
d) RANL is massively receiving proxies in its favor  from its members
