Well, over the years I’ve seen a stock get sold down to a certain price in order to make a deal on a private placement for some big money person or group. Everyone involved buyers and sellers know the stock is going to pop. So this may be a sweetheart deal for someone. We’ll see higer prices soon. Jmho
