RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:These people here telling you to sell... Here let me fix it for you:
Thomvest did not just simply acquire 85% ownership via share repurchasing they created a financial hardship of their own making using debt leverage to take control of the company from retail investors using a TSX loophole to avoid a shareholders vote while simulaneosly wiping out 98% of the stocks value.
The restructure was not fair in the least. Fair would have been to lay their cards on the table before their TSX hardship bullshit and do a direct offering to shareholders with no cap of 20x. In addition to that fyi the 20x offering was only available to Canadian stockholders and was not available for US stockholders but I guess that seems fair to you.
In your opinion Ryplazim partnership will double or triple the share price. Opinions are like a-holes and everyone has one. How did that previous partnership deal they dangled like a carrot and announced in Q3 2017 workout did the share price double or triple?
Third Quarter 2017 Corporate and Operational Highlights
Corporate:
- The Corporation executed definitive agreements in relation to the previously announced partnership with affiliates of Shenzhen Royal Asset Management Co., Ltd. (SRAM).
I am not even saying that it might not all work out just as you say it will. However, I would not recommend this stock to friends or family. Given their very poor history of performance this is an extremely risky and speculative investment at best. I think any wise investor would at a minimum wait until after a partnership is actually secured and after analyzing the details of the partnership even if they had to pay more per share. At least a partner would indicate that some actual progress is being made and you would hope that any potential partner would vette their interest. No if ands or buts this stock is a long way from making any significant revenue and as stockbuphoon pointed out doesn't have a long flightline based on their cash burn but go right ahead throw your money down if that floats your boat but imo I would call it gambling vs investing but hey its your money not mine.
