I on the other hand will not side step his follow up BS and I will provide documentation of proof that what $PR is doing is being validated.   This is not just Moose signing on, this is a research firm that has worked in collobaration with $PR validating their claims.   This one might be tough to refute even for the super pedantic and frantic hawk.

Mr. Gordon Fagras, co-founder of both the Trace Research Institute and Trace Analytics, a certified independent cannabis analytics laboratory in Washington State said, “Over the last several years, the cannabis industry has been faced with the challenge of accurately measuring cannabinoids when they are formulated into beverages. Up to this point most of the products available on the market are usually based on emulsifications, encapsulation, or even ‘nano’ type technology which are largely problematic to analysis as they are highly diluted and likely bound to another compound. Some of these technologies are more robust than others, but the vast majority of these products tend to experience fall out and separation of the cannabis or hemp oils.”

Mr. Fagras further commented: “This is why our research collaboration with Infusion Biosciences is so unique in that the samples are naturally in water solution(s) where, we have seen not seen fallout of any manner so far, and thus we feel they are highly shelf stable. Modifying sample processing and analytical testing with these concentrated water solutions of cannabinoids (and terpenes) should provide us with a unique opportunity to develop analytical methods for cannabis beverages”.

Thanks Blizzy for raising more Q's for the next call given the suspicious timeline below:
- Aug2018 Infusion & Trace announce collaboration. Happens to be shortly after Trace is incorporated (according to this website:
https://www.washingtoncompanysearch.com/companies/trace-research-institute-llc/) which does not appear to be a govt website so worth investigating.  What other labs did SPR consider for collaboration? What other clients did Trace have? Did Sen have a business relationship with Trace?
- Aug2018 Fagras comments above suggest (i) analytical methods have yet to be devloped for cannabis beverages and (ii) "feel"ing they are highly shelf stable is hardly scientific. Noteable that he is an MBA and entrepreneur ... I'd prefer to hear from a scientist ??. Interesting that it appears he is no longer with Trace or the public company (Applied Biosciences APPB) that bought Trace (more on that below).
- Sept2018 SPR ramps paid promos & completes $20m financing during a time that every Sum, Stool and SoCal can raise money in the cannabis sector.
- Jan2019 APPB acquires Trace (appears founded by same individual) as described here: https://ocannabiz.com/archives/speakers/gordon-fagras. Nothing about an Infusion collaboration in APPBs deck?
- Sept2019 SPR announces earnout milestones were satisfied after "collaboration with state certified testing laboratories" delivers the Developed Analytics. Who ran the "user feedback study shown in SPRs investor deck? Can SPR publish these results?  Which "third-party" labs were used (so investors can talk to them)? Was Trace one of the state certified labs?
- Oct3 2019 Coincidentally looks like Trace Research Institutue dissolved after 1yr+5months. Just shortly after the SPR earnout ... makes you go hmmmm?  Did Trace not have any other clients?
- Dec 2019 APPB plans to divest Trace following strategic review. If public company buys Trace, look for additional disclosure.
- Jan2020 Appears that Trace Analytics has been "administratively dissolved" ?? Ask yourself why?.
https://www.washingtoncompanysearch.com/companies/trace-analytics-inc/

You cheerleaders better start asking yourselves/mgmt about the independent, state certified results that supposedly backstops SPR.  I'm sure MH is doing the same and why the JV is taking longer than expected.

yeah good questions for management but I think if Moosehead recently filled a patent in US and Canada for the drinks is a good sign.

Management should be answering questions about this US markets asap. Don't matter if they don't release news or not but they stated in the past they wouldn't touch the Us markets but now??

Hopefully they come out of hiding and start speaking soon. Keeping shareholders in the dark for a year sucks big time.

Hover is the name of the JV or drink ... We all no that now . So they better speak up soon.
