RE: Berkely PriceI had Winspear WSP/T shares at the time of DeBeers take over bit (Aug.2000) and
the price never went above the price of DeBeers offered price. In case of BKP price is slightly higher, which is good in my opinion. Lets hope for compeeting
bid. I am sure in the event of such offer, price will move higher just prior to
it's announcement. So far, the indication is no compeeting bid. I do not think
that most of the sharholders are willing to tender at $10 to Hunt anyways.
I for one will ride it out and if the offer expires, so what. I bought for long
hold, because I like the prospects of Berkley.
