Marathon Gold Corporation is a Canada-based gold exploration and development company. RE:RE:RE:RE:Great support so far...They have yet to pubish a pre-feasibility report (I know, it is due soon).  Then they need a feasibility study.  Then they need all the permits environmental and otherwise.  Then they need financing, engineering, procurement, etc.  Perhaps you can imagine all of that, in a perfect world, getting done in a year, so construction can start in 2021.  Myself I can't imagine that happening in THIS world.   I hope I'm wrong, and every case is different, but based on previous examples I think my 5 year comment might be optimistic.  

When you do a PEA you have to have a timeline, and it is going to be, by definition, a wild assed guess.  So of course it's an optimistic wild assed guess, and at this stage that's all they have to talk about.  If there was a "GO" decision today, two years might be reasonable time to production, but given the stage they're at, I wouldn't expect a "GO" decision for a couple years yet.
