Why halt if no news? Someone wants a bunch of shares and
then lots of other people think something is up and jump in, Then, those in the know, say wait a second, there is no news and so they hit the bids, sending the stock back down.
The good thing is that it gives and idea of what could happen if at some point there is news, at 60 cents the stock is cheap and ready to run on drilling news. IMHO
