Bomber needs a CEO stands with employees so that enables shipping. That's it! If there is a CEO wants to be hero who takes only one dollar until really turned around, I bet share price will jump.
Personally I think Pierre Beaudoin who dare to take on real challenge is a man, while Alain Bellemare is not who does not take on responsibility.
Now nothing changed fundamentally, market just does not trust management.
