Best case scenario scenario, the court finds in Premier's favour, and forces Centerra's hand in October.

Most likely outcome, IMHO, come the October court date Centerra finds some legal mumbo jumbo reason to delay the case, and continues to do so until the timing fits their adgenda.

I really have no idea what Centerra's adgenda is - whether they have buyer's remorse, or whether they want the whole project for themselves, or something else. But it certainly appears that their immediate tactic is to delay.
