RE:RE:RE:RE:TLT tradingAgreed. Technical analysis is an exercise in futility with low volume and low SP penny stocks, especially clinical stage pharma stocks who live and die by the results. You might as well start reading tea leaves or identifying animals in the clouds.
This is especially true when you mis-identify the alleged "patterns" to begin with! Example: That is not a Cup & Handle forming between July 2019 and today. Cup/Handles form after a run-up and TLT mostly dropped in the months prior to the beginning of the misidentified "cup."
So, even if it is coincidentally a cup-like looking thing, it has no predictive value 1.) on that basis alone, nevermind the fact that 2.) TLT is a microcap penny stock, 3.) engaged in clinical trials that are the overwhelming determinant of the fate of this company.
