RE:8 CentsThere is no debt, facility is owned, they are or will be cash flow positive shortly.  It can’t go to zero on a valuation

The seller may have been forced to liquidate due to a bankruptcy, death, incapacity, margin call, divorce etc..  

If a court did order the liquidation of a portfolio for whatever reason a broker would need to sell all the shares no matter what the price or valuation.  Looks a lot like what is going on now.
