Who is the strategic investor???

Who is the strategic investor???John Tognetti has been long AZM for the last 10 years, with I belive a 10% stake in the company.
Did JML cut another deal with John for him to up his position? Would this explain Haywood hitting the bids yesterday, shoring up their investment?
Remember that thhe purpose of FT shares is to award the buyer (retail) with tax credits, so for everyone postulating that they cut a deal with SOQUEM, this doesn't hold water.
GLTA, showing $1.51 in premarket at the moment.
