I'd still rather the company take legal action against him, he's a parasite no more or less, scoffing on the cash we provided to run the company while all the time conspiring to screw us out of any benefit . .despite us taking all the risk of having put our money in his hands.

Its easy to forget him now the vote is done but he is still the largest single shareholder in the company and still a future threat - He is scum of the earth and now needs to get off his wannabe fatcat a*s and sign the agreement so instead of having to focus out efforts on him we can focus them on something more positive.
