Maybe the man of the region himself Andre Gaumond? Could be anyone over there really, I just don't know who the big Quebec players are these days.

If they don't use the money appropriately then the investor doesn't get the break, it's a use it or lose it type of thing !
So as the only project we have that requires a big spend is Elmer that means most of that $ 6 Mill will have to be spent on it. Further, if we can drill for around $ 200 a meter that means 30,000 meters, which is a hell of a lot of drilling !
Any thoughts on this would be welcome.
