However, all my years watching the market, the golden rule usually dictates that if a co. does a pp at a price lower than where the stock is trading, its pretty much a given that it will trade down to that temporarily, thus creating a buying op. I guess in XRO's case, .40 was as low as they were willing to take it based on forward future bullish momentum. These guys are the exception to the rule.
