Dear Vega 1357I think the normalisation for the P/E could go up to 25 because people are realising that the risk for the utilities are low while their dividend is very good with the market we are in.
.
I don't mind you short the stock but I would like you keep them for a while so that you pay to us the nice dividend from your pocket...
