Company struggling

Mid-level management is poor and lethargic and borderline careless.

High-level management and CEO have no clue what's going on.

Sales and moral are low and there is no real strategy to turn things around.

The nincompoops running this company will run it to the ground by burning through the cash and equity like termites.
