I think there is a possiblity that the appreciatiion in S/P materializes earlier. If you follow the action in LIT majors, they are positioning very nicely and very quickly in terms of share equity. A great JV can happen any day now in this climate, and once financed, NLC is categorized as pre-production which is a much better valuation with respect to project's NPV.
