Went over US 2020 budget

Went over US 2020 budgetTrump's Department of Education proposed an 8% cut ,could this be the reason. Lack of funding so I guess they will spend wisely as money has been cuts a lot since the last few years.

Of course a quality education for the future generation is important, but Trump's administration has no regard for the tragic loss of lives in schools.

It should have been part of the budget to install adequate security systems in all schools so students could learn with out fear.
