RE:RE:Alstom dealEEsp is forward looking. Selling of BT made the capital structure clearer. While not untill the translation done nothing is guaranteed. Share value depends on how you value BA. The price action in this week, I think, main because 7500 was not shipping and no explanation. That implies there is problem on 7500 production. This is the main reason.

Once the deal is completed in 2021, Bombardier will be left with one division (Aviation) doing slightly less than half the previous revenues with slightly less than half the long term debt and still billions od dollars more in liabilities than assets.

Forget the share price for a minute. How much could that whole company be worth in total?  Four billions?  Five Billions? More?  How does one justify that number?
